About Our Founder

Jennifer Nelson

Founder & Principal Operations Consultant

Jennifer Nelson is an operations and performance-improvement professional who specializes in transforming complicated, inconsistent processes into clear systems people can understand and use.

Her experience spans healthcare operations, program management, workflow design, compliance, accreditation preparation, employee onboarding, process documentation, and cross-functional implementation.

Jennifer has worked alongside administrative teams, clinicians, human resources, program leaders, and executives—giving her a practical understanding of how operational decisions affect employees, leadership, compliance, and patient care.

Her approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation. She does not simply identify what is broken and leave an organization with a list of recommendations. She helps leaders understand why the problem keeps happening, redesign the underlying process, and create the tools needed to sustain the improvement.
